Do you want to contribute to students' learning, development, and well-being? Bäckseda School is looking for you – a qualified teacher with credentials to teach grades 1–3.
The position is in grade 3, where you will become part of a teaching team with several educators supporting the student group. Currently, two experienced educators work in the class, and from the fall, we are expanding to three, which provides excellent opportunities for collaboration, flexibility, and adaptation to students' needs. Teaching is planned, carried out, and reviewed together, and there are very good conditions for working in smaller groups and varying teaching methods based on students' circumstances.

You plan and deliver instruction that gives each student the opportunity to reach their full potential. The role includes documenting and following up on students' development as well as maintaining close dialogue with both students and guardians.

Qualifications
Teacher's degree with credentials to teach grades 1–3.
Teaching experience is desirable.
