JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher for grades 4-6, you teach students who are at the beginning of middle school and who are developing an increasing ability to take responsibility for their own learning. You create structured and stimulating instruction that gives students good conditions to reach their learning goals and grow socially. Together with experienced and dedicated colleagues, you contribute to a safe and well-functioning learning environment where student development is the focus.
Job responsibilities include, among others:
• Plan, implement, and follow up on instruction based on applicable curriculum documents.
• Support students' knowledge development through varied teaching methods and clear structure.
• Assess, document, and provide feedback on students' learning.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where students feel motivation and a desire to study.
• Work with adaptations and additional support based on individual student needs.
• Collaborate in work teams and contribute to the school's development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who works in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with the ability to plan and organize your work with quality. You are stable and handle stressful situations professionally, while maintaining a positive approach. As a person, you are relationship-building and naturally take initiative in interactions with both students and colleagues, which contributes to an open and trusting climate. You are also collaborative, unpretentious, and good at finding solutions together with others with a focus on the shared goal.
Requirements for the position:
• Certified teacher for grades 4-6
• Current knowledge of curriculum documents, such as curriculum, course syllabi, and assessment criteria
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
