Tanumskolan F-6 has approximately 235 students with two classes in most grade levels. We work together to create favorable conditions for all students' learning through effective classroom leadership, language-developing and collaborative learning approaches, and together we learn about various teaching strategies. Duties You will join the 4-6 grade team and be a class teacher in one of our Grade 4 classes. Qualifications and Personal Characteristics Licensed teacher with broad authorization to teach mathematics/science and Swedish in grades 4-6. We are looking for someone with a strong focus on core values and learning objectives, where the student is placed at the center. You focus on making the learning environment accessible to all students and have the ability to base planning and implementation of the group's shared learning on each student's individual needs and conditions. In this work, you are interested in and experienced in using various teaching methods. We are looking for someone who is a confident and clear leader in the classroom and a creative team player with the ability to develop trusting relationships and who sees the strength in working together, sharing and learning with and from each other to develop the organization.
