As an elementary teacher in after-school care, you will actively work to develop and manage operations in accordance with current guidelines together with your team. You will work with other educational staff to plan and conduct educational activities in the school and after-school program. Together, you will ensure that the activities are engaging, challenging, and creative. We work thematically, which means the entire school approaches subjects in an interdisciplinary way with an inspiring launch. Evening work occurs in the form of staff conferences a couple of times per term. We are looking for you as a certified elementary teacher in after-school care, and it is advantageous if you have qualifications to teach music. We would appreciate it if you have a few years of experience working in a school and therefore feel confident in the role of elementary teacher in after-school care. You are driven by the desire to develop the school and after-school program operations and want to contribute to keeping it at the forefront. You are interested in working thematically and enjoy working in teams but are also expected to be able to work independently. As a person, you are creative, responsible, and flexible. Your collaboration skills are very good, and you have an easy time building positive relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You have the ability to see all students' different needs, take their individual circumstances into account, and help them grow. We would also like to see that you have good IT skills.
