Ref: 20261964 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking an elementary teacher in after-school care at Johannesskolan! You will join our after-school care team and become part of a wonderful group dedicated to every student's success! As an elementary teacher in after-school care with us, you will plan and implement instruction and assess students in our after-school program. Based on the curriculum and governing documents, we together create a safe environment in the after-school care that aims to strengthen our students in both their academic development and personal growth while providing them with meaningful leisure time. In the after-school care, we also strive to promote diverse social contacts, a sense of community, and strengthen group relationships. While our students are in school, you will collaborate with our school staff, and it may also be relevant for you to teach in one or more subjects during the students' schooling. Together we create activities that meet our students and guardians' needs in the best way based on their individual circumstances. Qualifications You who are applying are a certified elementary teacher in after-school care. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in the profession. You have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and apply these in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can, together with colleagues, plan, lead, and organize work to create a conducive study environment and good learning environment for our students throughout the day. To be a good fit as an elementary teacher in after-school care with us, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and enjoy working with others.
