Ref: 20261829 Job Responsibilities At Videdalsskolan, we are developing our after-school activities and are seeking an additional elementary teacher for after-school programs with a focus on music! You will be part of one of our after-school teams for grades F-6. As an elementary teacher in our after-school program, you will plan and deliver instruction in your subject area, plan and implement after-school activities, often as part of the school's work. Based on the curriculum and governing documents, we work together to create a safe environment in the after-school program aimed at strengthening our students in both their knowledge development and personal growth while ensuring children have a meaningful after-school experience. In the after-school program, we also strive to promote diverse contacts, social community, and strengthen group relationships. During the school day, you will teach one or more subjects you are qualified in. You may also collaborate in a classroom, but only in the same class you are responsible for in the after-school program. The lower grades and after-school programs have access to a full-size gymnasium, music room, home economics room, and craft rooms—all to make the after-school program's activities and your own instruction as stimulating and creative as possible.
