Your impact starts here As Group Head of Learning & Development with us, you will become a central part of our HR team, responsible for building, developing, and driving Coromatic's work in learning, skills development, and leadership at the group level. You will ensure that the organization has the right competencies to meet future needs. The role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic development work with significant operational responsibility in an organization on an exciting growth journey. You will work closely with managers, HR, and subject matter experts across the group to develop a modern and business-aligned learning culture and create consistent and effective approaches within Learning & Development. In this role, you will also have support from a part-time administrative resource. You report to the Chief Human Resource Officer. About the role As Group Head of Learning & Development, you will: Drive and develop Coromatic's Learning & Development function and strategy for learning and skills development. Manage Coromatic Academy and training initiatives within business-critical competency areas. Identify competency needs together with managers, HR, and subject matter experts, and translate them into relevant development initiatives. Responsible for and further develop Coromatic's leadership development and leadership framework. Develop and drive the group's onboarding process. Manage and develop learning platforms and digital learning solutions. Ensure implementation and follow-up of the group's compliance training. Monitor results and drive improvements within Learning & Development. Who are you? We are looking for someone passionate about learning, development, and creating long-term business value through people. You are unpretentious and thrive in a role where you combine strategic thinking with operational execution. Through close collaboration with the business, you drive development and create results. You are structured, driven, and curious with a strong ability to build good collaborations. At the same time, you have integrity and the courage to challenge when needed. We believe you have: Academic education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent. Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar field. Experience building and developing Learning & Development functions, processes, and approaches. Experience with leadership development, internal training programs, and/or corporate academies. Strong ability to create structure, drive development initiatives, and translate ideas into results. It is meritorious if you have: Experience from FMCG or other growth-oriented operations and experience from, or good understanding of, technology-driven organizations. Experience from industries where compliance, health, and safety are important parts of operations. Experience working with digital learning platforms and modern learning solutions.
