We're now seeking a Group Financial Controller for Group Finance, where you'll have the opportunity to work broadly, develop, and contribute to a business focused on commerce and centered on people. What you will do As a Group Financial Controller, you will be part of the group's finance function with responsibility for group accounting, consolidation, and reporting. Our group consists of operations across the entire value chain, from agriculture, machinery, and bioenergy to food and real estate. We operate in an international environment with headquarters in Sweden, but with operations in over 20 countries. Lantmännen is a Public Interest Entity and therefore follows the regulations for listed companies with accounting according to IFRS, but with three-month reporting instead of quarterly reporting. In this role, you'll have a central role in the group's consolidation and external reporting, working with both interim reports and annual accounts. You're responsible for analysis, quality assurance, and implementation of the group's accounting principles, while contributing to developing and streamlining working methods. You collaborate closely with our local finance teams and business areas, which gives you a good understanding of the business from a group perspective. The role also includes participation in projects related to various accounting issues, such as acquisitions and other changes in the group. ESG sustainability reporting is a developing area where you, based on your interest, can engage with issues such as data quality, internal controls, and further development of reporting. Overall, the role gives you broad exposure and valuable insights into a complex and varied business with good opportunities for both professional and personal development. The position is located at our global headquarters in Stockholm. You'll become part of a team of five people within Group Financial Control and report to Director Group Financial Control, Pernilla Crusenborg. What you need to succeed and thrive You have: - Experience in group accounting and consolidation - Experience working at group level or at an audit firm - Strong Excel skills - Basic understanding of IFRS, and preferably experience with consolidation tools (e.g., Cognos Controller) - Academic education in finance, such as accounting or finance - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written You are: - Flexible and adapt easily to changed working methods and priorities - Relationship-oriented and enjoy collaborating with many different contacts - A team player who contributes to knowledge sharing and positive team dynamics - Analytical with a good ability to break down problems and find solutions - Independent and responsible, with the courage to raise issues and drive work forward What we offer you Lantmännen is an international group with operations across the entire value chain – from agriculture and food production to bioenergy, machinery, and real estate.
