Job Responsibilities As a grill master, you will primarily be responsible for preparing cevapi and other grilled dishes. You are responsible for preparing raw materials, grilling and cooking food according to the establishment's procedures, and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace. You will also collaborate with other kitchen staff and contribute to smooth operations during both quiet and busy periods. Who We Are Looking For You have previous experience with grill work and have good knowledge of preparing cevapi. You are thorough, hardworking, and able to work independently. Since the work sometimes involves a fast pace, you need to be able to maintain focus and work efficiently even when there is a lot to do. It is an advantage if you have experience from a restaurant or large-scale kitchen.
