SIA "Ķekavas nami", Rāmavas iela 17, Rāmava, Ķekavas pag., Ķekavas nov., LV-2111 invites to employment as ACCOUNTANT (indefinite term) Main job duties: Creating monthly invoices for utilities and housing services for multi-apartment residential buildings in the Horizon Real Estate Management module, ensuring timely delivery to clients; Requirements for candidates: Experience in accounting in the housing management field; Experience working with accounting software programs (experience with Horizon will be considered an advantage); Higher education in accounting, economics, or finance; Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email) and office equipment; Knowledge of industry regulations and the ability to apply them in practice; Excellent Latvian language skills; High sense of responsibility, precision, good cooperation skills, and a positive attitude; We offer: Salary from 1700 EUR per month (gross), depending on experience and qualifications; Health insurance policy after the end of the trial period (3 months); Stable work environment and a responsive team of colleagues.
