Here you step in from the start and are part of shaping everything: from idea and working methods to how we create content in everyday life. Through graphic design, visual creation, and work with electronics flows, you'll be part of creating a new arena for job training. Here, participants have the opportunity to develop both practical and creative skills in a safe context where learning, participation, and development are in focus. This is a role where you combine creativity, mentoring, and business development and become a key person in building something completely new from the ground up. About the activity You'll become part of Återbruk, where we work to help more people move toward proper livelihood through job training and rehabilitation measures. With us, mentors, team leaders, occupational therapists, social workers, coordinators, and unit managers work together in close collaboration where we support each other and develop the activity together. Work duties As a graphic designer at Återbruk, you have a central role in both mentoring participants and developing a completely new area within the activity. You work closely with participants who are far from the job market and support them in developing work capacity, structure, and self-confidence through practical work and creative tasks. The assignment includes: mentoring participants in daily work developing graphic materials, design, and visual expression managing the practical flow of electronics that are received, tested, and sent on to the store contributing to observation, follow-up, and assessment of work capacity collaborating with our multi-skilled team regarding participant progression and planning Here you'll have the opportunity to combine creative work with a meaningful social mission while building something new from the ground up. Qualifications We believe you're a person who wants to create, not just maintain. You thrive in change and are motivated by developing new working methods together with others. To succeed in this role, you need to have: experience from graphic production, for example advertising agency, media company, or similar activity good knowledge and experience working in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign knowledge of graphic production experience in leadership, mentoring, or similar responsibility at least upper secondary education and a B driver's license You're structured, initiative-taking, and confident in taking responsibility. At the same time, you're creative, flexible, and communicative - a person who likes to collaborate, build good relationships, and meet people where they are.
