About the Position We are looking for a grading operator for our client Siemens Energy in Trollhättan, for a long-term assignment with good opportunities for permanent transition. Job Description: You will primarily work with manual grinding of high-alloy steel in a modern workshop environment with both pneumatic and electric-powered machines. The tasks also include grinding and other workshop-related work. The role of grader is varied and includes processing both small and large components. About You: We are looking for someone with workshop experience. We would prefer that you have previously held a role involving metal processing combined with grinding and polishing. It is advantageous if you have prior experience working from technical drawings and can interpret them independently. Requirements: - Experience with workshop work. - Knowledge of reading technical drawings. - Forklift and overhead crane certification is advantageous. - Valid driver's license category B and access to a car. - Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Working Hours: Both day shift and 2-shift schedules available. Start Date: Immediately or by agreement. Assignment Length: Long-term assignment with good opportunities to transition to the client.
