Aftermarket Coordinator at Götenehus
Götenehus is now seeking an Aftermarket Coordinator for a newly established position where you will play a central role in creating structure, quality, and customer satisfaction after move-in.
About the Role
As an Aftermarket Coordinator with us, you are responsible for ensuring professional and businesslike handling of aftermarket and warranty matters following final inspection and during the warranty period. You will be an important link between customers, contractors, suppliers, and our internal organization. The role encompasses overall responsibility for receiving, prioritizing, and following up on cases, as well as ensuring that measures are implemented on time and to the right quality standard.
Since this is a newly created position, you will have a unique opportunity to influence and develop work methods, structures, and processes within the aftermarket function. You will work both operatively with case management and contribute to long-term improvements by monitoring quality, analyzing recurring defects, and feeding lessons back to the organization.
The role also includes interpreting inspection reports, following up on remarks, and participating in inspections when needed. You will work on matters related to contract law and ensure that warranty cases and defect remediation are handled in accordance with applicable agreements and legislation. Documentation, follow-up, and reporting are natural parts of the work, as is dialogue with customers, where you represent Götenehus in a confident and professional manner.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry, preferably in single-family home production, and who has worked with project or production management. You have a good understanding of contract law and various contract types, as well as experience with aftermarket services, building maintenance, or warranty matters. You work in a structured manner and have strong administrative skills, while being confident in customer interactions and skilled at building trust.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, businesslike, and have a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You have the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional way and work independently, while appreciating collaboration and contributing to a good work environment.
Scope: This is a permanent position, full-time (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: Monthly salary
Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement
Location: Our head office in Götene
Does this sound like a role for you? We warmly welcome your application by August 12. If you have any questions, please contact our Contract Manager, Johan Skarp. He is best reached via email, [email protected]
