Biljardpalatset should be Gothenburg's most vibrant and go-to entertainment venue – a place where people come to eat, drink, play, socialize, and above all, have fun.

Now we're looking for more hosts/coat check attendants who want to help create it.
You are the beginning and end of your guest's evening
As a host/coat check attendant, you're one of the first people our guests meet and one of the last they say goodbye to.
So your most important task isn't really about taking care of coats.
It's about taking care of people – and helping them have a really great evening.
You don't wait for the guest to come up and ask. You're curious, you reach out, and you guide them forward.
It might sound something like this:
"Hi! What would you like to do tonight?"
"Are you hungry? We have Gothenburg's best garlic bread!"
"Have you booked billiards, or should we see if we can find you a table?"
"Have you tried shuffleboard? I can show you where it is."
It's not about standing there rattling off offers. It's about reading the guest, being curious, and daring to make contact.
Sometimes someone needs help finding the right thing. Sometimes you can recommend something good to eat or drink. Sometimes you can help a group find their next activity. And sometimes a big smile and a "Welcome!" is enough.
We want you to think:
"How can I make their evening a little better?"
rather than:
"What's my job description?"

Who are you?
Above all, we think you genuinely like people.
You're cheerful, social, and comfortable talking with new people. You enjoy helping others and have an eye for what needs to be done.
You're willing to be yourself. A warm welcome, a joke, a compliment, or a spontaneous high five should feel like a natural part of the job.
At the same time, you can read people. Good hospitality doesn't look the same for every guest.
You can work at a fast pace without losing structure, humor, or your manner.
Previous experience from coat check, restaurant, nightclub, hotel, or other service is a plus, but for us, your personality and attitude matter more than a long CV.
We can teach you our routines. But the willingness to meet people, help out, and bring good energy needs to come from you.
Important about the position
To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old.
The work is mainly in the evenings and weekends.
You need to be able to work at least every other weekend and be able to work until 3:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
We'd also like you to be able to work a weekday evening or two per week. On weekdays, you work until midnight at the latest.
You need to be able to get home after your shift.
We're hiring multiple people and interviews are ongoing.
