The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is a government agency responsible for individually tailored involuntary care for youth with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. Job Description Are you motivated by helping clients in vulnerable life situations? Are you also good at structuring and planning? Then the role of Treatment Secretary at SiS might be right for you! As a Treatment Secretary, you coordinate and plan care and treatment for the client and ensure that work around them follows SiS standardized treatment and execution planning processes. You develop treatment plans and together with the client you follow up and evaluate the care and treatment. You further plan and lead the institution's treatment collegium, and guide treatment staff toward care and treatment goals in daily work. You also coordinate and plan external coordination meetings and maintain contact with social services and other authorities. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in the role of Treatment Secretary, you are motivated by working with and helping people in vulnerable life situations. You are structured and plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You are secure and stable with a good ability to adapt to the situation. Furthermore, you work well with others and have strong communication skills. You should also have: Relevant higher education such as a degree in social work or another behavioral science education that SiS considers equivalent and comprises at least 180 credits. Experience working in care and treatment-focused activities, such as social services or other relevant work. Relevant knowledge of legislation, ethics, and approaches for the role. Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in writing and verbally. At SiS, we care about good collaboration.
