We are looking for you with experience from a la carte and an interest in providing excellent and personalized service. Rollin Bistros Backyard is located in Gamlestaden's factories. An area focused on food, craftsmanship, art, and beverages. In addition to classic restaurant operations with lunch and a la carte, we host events and various happenings with music and food in focus. Food is prepared over an open fire and from our popular burger kitchen. Our drink list features seasonal cocktails, plenty of gin, a large selection of beers from local breweries, and a really good wine list. The position is part-time 50% (20h/week) Friday - Sunday Salary according to agreement. Starting at the end of August and ongoing.
