About the Role As a golf course groundskeeper in Stockholm, you'll be responsible for the daily maintenance of the course's greens, fairways, and bunkers to create a safe and well-maintained playing experience. The work is practical, outdoors, and suits you if you enjoy physical work and seeing concrete results from your efforts. What You'll Do Mow and trim greens, tees, and fairways with precision Maintain and shape bunkers as well as replenish sand as needed Perform watering, fertilizing, and plant care according to plan Control weeds and follow recommended plant protection procedures Perform basic machine maintenance and report faults Safely operate machines and tools while following safety procedures Collaborate with course managers and colleagues to ensure consistent maintenance What You Bring Experience in course or park maintenance or relevant training is a plus Knowledge of or willingness to obtain pesticide certification and other local certifications as needed Good physical stamina and experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to operate and maintain common course machinery; a driver's license is a plus You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver top quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type The job can be offered as full-time, part-time, or on demand.
