About the Position
As a receiving clerk, you will be an important part of the daily operations and responsible for receiving, inspecting, and handling incoming goods in a correct and efficient manner. The role suits you if you appreciate order and structure, are used to taking responsibility independently, and enjoy working together with others.
Working hours are 08:00-16:00
Your tasks may include:
Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
Ensuring that quantities, items, and shipments match packing slips and supporting documents
Registering and managing incoming goods in the system
Labeling, sorting, and placing materials in the correct storage location
Operating a forklift and handling goods safely
Reporting and managing any discrepancies
Communicating with colleagues, transporters, and other departments
Contributing to order, structure, and efficient material flow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Who are we seeking?
We are primarily looking for someone who is meticulous and organized and understands the importance of getting things right from the start. In receiving, you are an important link in the flow and therefore need to be able to work independently, prioritize between different tasks, and maintain quality even when the pace is sometimes high.
We would like to see that you have previous experience from warehouses, logistics, receiving, or similar work. If you have worked with warehouse or business systems before, that is a plus.
For this position, we see that you:
Have previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar work
Hold a forklift license and have experience operating a forklift
Have good computer and system skills
Speak and write Swedish well
Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
Enjoy both practical and administrative tasks
As a person, you are a team player who is happy to help where needed. At the same time, you are comfortable taking responsibility independently and can see what needs to be done.
About the Employment
The position is full-time with a start as soon as possible, and you will be employed as a consultant at StudentConsulting and work on assignment with our customer in Norrköping.
