Are you an experienced forklift operator who also enjoys administrative tasks? We are now looking for a thorough and responsible person for a combined role in goods receiving and forklift operation. This position is perfect for you if you have previous experience with similar work and are comfortable combining practical tasks with administration. About the Position In this role, you will primarily work with administrative tasks within goods receiving, but also with forklift operation. The position consists of approximately 80% administration and 20% forklift operation. Working hours are Monday–Thursday from 1:00 PM–10:40 PM. You will be an important part of daily logistics and work to ensure that goods are handled, registered, and flow in an efficient and careful manner. Responsibilities As a goods receiving and forklift operation employee, you will, among other things: Receive and handle incoming goods Work with administrative tasks related to goods receiving Register and document goods and deliveries Inspect deliveries and accompanying documentation Manage and organize information in administrative systems Operate a forklift and move goods as needed Ensure that goods are placed and handled correctly Contribute to order and organization at the workplace Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient goods flow Since the position is primarily administrative, it is important that you are comfortable with computer-based work and are thorough in your documentation. About You We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role within goods receiving, warehouse, logistics, or administration. You should be confident in the tasks and have practical experience – we are not looking for someone who is completely new to the field or has only completed forklift training.
