About the Role Ryds Glas is seeking a skilled glass technician for Norrköping and the surrounding area. We are an experienced team with solid knowledge of glass. We are experts in glass and our glass technicians are always up to date on new and creative solutions for our customers. Among our customers are both companies and private individuals as well as municipalities, insurance companies, and public operations. Working as a glass technician at Ryds Glas means you meet our customers daily and help them with various customized glass solutions. We offer installation and maintenance or repair work on all types of flat glass, such as windows, facades, roofs, interior design, sound insulation, energy savings, security solutions, and window renovation. The work tasks are varied and include everything from measuring and cutting glass in the workshop to assembly and installation at the customer's location. Common jobs include glass damage repairs, glass railings, sunrooms, balcony enclosures, entrances, or glass interior design in offices or home environments. Are You the Person We're Looking For? To be considered for this position, we primarily see that you have relevant experience or educational background. Relevant educational background is typically a construction or trades program at upper secondary school, vocational school in glass technician technology, or through apprenticeship. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a glass technician, or alternatively have worked in a construction or trades profession in a related industry. You hold a Class B driver's license and you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
