How SuperRen works
SuperRen is a recruitment and matching platform that connects candidates with employers seeking personnel.
SuperRen is not the employer; the employer you're matched with makes the final hiring decision and determines salary, working conditions, schedule, and other employment terms.
SuperRen may use AI-assisted technology to help with matching, but AI does not make hiring decisions or automatically reject candidates; final decisions are made by people.
By creating a profile, you agree that your profile can be made publicly visible on the SuperRen platform so that relevant opportunities and employers can discover you.
Your CV and other personal information are processed for recruitment and matching and are stored for up to 24 months.
