Requirements for candidates: - Medical degree and registration in the Register of Medical Persons; - Gynecology certificate in the specialty or residency in gynecology and obstetrics, starting from the 3rd year of residency; - Precision, high sense of responsibility, and good communication skills; - Ability to work effectively in a team; - Conscientious and honest attitude toward work and responsibility for work performance; - Knowledge of the state language at an advanced level; knowledge of other foreign languages at a conversational level is desirable; - Good computer skills and ability to work with office equipment, communication and smart devices, necessary software for job duties, information systems, and databases. Main job responsibilities: - Reception, diagnosis, and treatment of outpatient patients in accordance with the specialty; - Knowledge and application of modern diagnostic and treatment methods based on best available practices in gynecology; - Monitoring and management of normal and pathological pregnancies; - Early pregnancy diagnosis, pregnant patient care, preparation for childbirth, and monitoring during the postpartum period; - Collaboration with midwives in pregnancy care and management processes; - Providing information to patients in an understandable manner about diagnosis, examinations, and treatment plan, as well as explaining necessary treatment tactics; - Documentation of the examination process and information about the patient's health status and prescribed therapy in an electronic environment; - Providing suggestions for improving work organization and healthcare quality.
