To ensure the highest quality services for our clients and patients, the operations of Rīgas Dzemdību nams are continuously developed, with attention to staff qualification maintenance and enhancement, as well as the implementation of modern technologies and innovative work solutions. The maternity hospital employs more than 400 competent and experienced staff members. We invite to our team GYNECOLOGIST, OBSTETRICS SPECIALIST We are looking for certified gynecologists and obstetrics specialists to work in a modern, professional, and collaboration-oriented environment. We offer two employment opportunities: • for a certified physician-resident for daytime work — full-time; • for a certified on-call physician — full-time or part-time, no less than 0.5 hours per week. Main job duties: •provide high-quality gynecological and maternity care focused on patient needs; •perform patient examinations, evaluate obtained data, determine diagnosis and treatment strategy; •perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and operations corresponding to the specialty; •evaluate patient and fetal condition dynamically, as well as treatment effectiveness; •participate in multidisciplinary team work and clinical decision-making; •prepare medical documentation promptly and accurately; •participate in training of students and resident physicians according to professional interest and experience, as well as implement research projects. Requirements for candidates: •Professional medical qualification recognized in Latvia; •valid certificate of gynecologist, obstetrics specialist; •registration in the Register of Health Care Professionals and Health Care Support Professionals; •knowledge of the state language at the level specified in legal acts; •ability to use at least one foreign language in professional work; •ability to independently make clinical decisions and take responsibility for them; •good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills; •respectful and patient-focused professional attitude; •ability to use information technologies and medical information systems in work.
