WORK TASKS As a Geodata Coordinator, you work at the forefront of digitalization in the construction and development process. A central part of the work is collaborating with municipalities, government agencies, and other actors—sometimes as an advisor and support, sometimes in projects where we together drive development forward. Special focus will be on the work with the National Strategic Plan for the Geodata Sector 2026-2030. In this role, you act as a change leader and are part of the transformation process that digitalization brings to our industry. You typically work in a defined region, but also on national assignments. Current focus is particularly on information ecosystems and information flows through digital processes. You contribute to developing Lantmäteriet's collaboration with municipalities and agencies to build efficient provision and increased use of geodata in society. You are an important link in communication and training initiatives and need to be attentive to users' perspectives and needs in order to convey these to Lantmäteriet, which is an important task. Since your nearest colleagues are stationed throughout the country, a large part of the work will be performed independently. Digital meetings will thus be a natural part of your daily routine, as will some travel. Lantmäteriet offers a hybrid workplace by working both from home and on-site at the office. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with several years of professional experience within the construction and development sector in the public, municipal, or private sector, and who has good knowledge of Lantmäteriet's role in society. The position also requires a university degree in construction and development or equivalent qualifying education. You have experience leading and inspiring people through change processes and are preferably a pioneer yourself, demonstrating good examples and suggestions on how digitalization can streamline our daily work. A category B driver's license is required. It is meritorious if you have worked on tasks within the construction and development sector that strengthen organizations' crisis management and preparedness activities. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who works systematically and goal-oriented, and who likes to stay updated within your area of expertise through environmental awareness.
