Do you want to be part of creating more opportunities for people to meet, feel good and feel included? The Social Services Department is now recruiting an engaged community coordinator who wants to work preventatively to reduce loneliness and strengthen quality of life in the municipality. In this role, you get to be part of developing activities and meeting places where people of different ages and life situations can meet. You work both strategically and practically, and collaborate with associations, civil society and the business sector to create a vibrant and inclusive society. Responsibilities As a community coordinator, you have an important role in coordinating and developing preventative work in the municipality by: Identifying needs for activities and interventions and helping to realize them together with various actors. Building and developing collaborations with associations, organizations and other actors. Serving as a link between the municipality, external partners and residents. Working actively to enable more people to participate in activities based on their own circumstances. Contributing to spreading information about activities in a clear and accessible way, both digitally and in printed form. The goal is to make it easier for people to find community and feel included. Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have relevant higher education or equivalent experience. Are self-directed and take responsibility for your work. Find it easy to build relationships and collaborate with others. Communicate clearly, attentively and professionally. Have good digital skills and express yourself well in writing. It is an advantage if you have experience working with any of the Social Services Department's areas. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
