Gekås restaurants are now seeking an engaged leader who wants to help develop our restaurants on floor 3. Here you'll find the Restaurant, Rosa Café, Tex&Mex, and the Staff Restaurant. Together, these four units account for half of the sales in the Dining business area. With up to 250 employees and thousands of guests every day, this is one of our largest and most important operations. Here you have the opportunity to lead on a large scale, develop multiple restaurant concepts, and contribute to the overall experience for Gekås many visitors. In your role, you will be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and following up with employees in their daily work Ensuring a high and consistent level of guest experience across all units Actively gathering, analyzing, and acting on guest feedback Developing and training employees to create strong, self-managing teams Managing budgets and personnel responsibility within your restaurant units Staffing planning and scheduling Monitoring and evaluating operations against set goals Working both operatively and strategically in close collaboration with other departments at Gekås Handling workplace environment and rehabilitation matters Contributing to the administrative structure with invoice handling, reporting, and financial follow-up As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the operations and lead the daily work through your managers. You have a holistic perspective on operations, sales, service, and quality and actively work to develop both the business and the organization. Your leadership is characterized by presence, clarity, and structure. You create conditions for your managers and employees to take responsibility, develop, and together reach the organization's goals. Who are you? You are a confident leader with a coaching approach. You are experienced in managing multiple units or teams and are passionate about developing both people and experiences. You are flexible, unpretentious, and have a strong interest in food, beverages, and service. As a person, you are business-driven, solutions-oriented, and have a natural ability to engage others. You are accustomed to leading at a fast pace and combine an operational holistic perspective with the ability to be meticulous with details. Collaborating across department boundaries comes naturally to you, and you see opportunities for improvement and development in everything you do. You have: Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience At least 5 years of experience in restaurant operations or similar industry Documented management experience and experience coaching, training, and developing staff Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (in Swedish) Good collaboration skills and ability to build relationships in the organization Administrative experience and familiarity with working in various systems Ability to plan, prioritize, and act in a customer- and business-oriented manner What do we offer?
