About the Assignment We are now looking for an experienced Business Developer within AI who wants to drive business initiatives, develop customer relationships, and actively contribute to delivery in a team where the pace is high and the opportunities are great. This is a broad and business-focused role for someone who thrives with significant personal responsibility and is used to making things happen. You will work with procurements and tenders, plan and conduct workshops, events and customer activities, participate in customer meetings, and develop new collaborations. The role also involves creating momentum in internal initiatives, building partner relationships, and supporting customers and colleagues on matters related to AI, GDPR, and AI regulations. You will collaborate closely with both customers and colleagues and contribute to developing and supporting GDM's consulting business within AI. The position is based in Sundsvall, with primary presence at the workplace. Become Our Next GDM'er To both succeed and thrive in this senior role, we see that you are used to independently driving business-focused initiatives and coordinating complex issues with multiple stakeholders. You likely have post-secondary education in areas such as economics, marketing, technology, IT, or project management. Most importantly, you have strong business understanding, good organizational skills, and a natural ability to build trust in both internal and external relationships. You feel comfortable in customer dialogues, are used to coordinating complex activities, and have experience with procurements and tender work. It is advantageous if you have experience from consulting, tech, and AI. Likewise if you have worked with workshops, training, events, or customer dialogues at management level. Experience with partnership work, project management, the public sector, or Microsoft's ecosystem and AI platforms is a great plus. You have very strong communication skills, including in English. As a person, we believe you are business-driven, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility. You are curious, stay updated, and enjoy combining independence with close collaboration. You need to be both solution and goal-focused, with the ability to see opportunities in different contexts.
