As a guest manager at Hotel Nämforsen, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the hotel's operations. You ensure that daily work runs smoothly by planning and actively carrying out operational tasks. You lead our staff during peak season and are responsible for work distribution and quality control. You strive to create a positive work environment that provides guests with the best possible experience. Hotel Nämforsen is located in the vibrant village of Näsåker, in the heart of Sagornas Ådal. The hotel is beautifully situated with views over the impressive Nämforsen – home to Europe's second-largest rock carving site. Here you are surrounded by dramatic Norrland landscapes, deep forests, and unique nature experiences. Key responsibilities: * Operational responsibility for reception, cleaning, service, breakfast service, and bar * Perform basic maintenance tasks * Ensure that routines and quality standards are followed * Inventory management and ordering of consumable supplies * Report to the manager and contribute to business development * Lead and coach staff during peak season Valued experience: * Hotel service and guest relations * Hotel booking administration * Work in reception and guest administration * Cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas * Knowledge of food hygiene * Knowledge of property management and fire safety * Bartending and bar service * Bakery and pastry work * Event planning * Graphic design and marketing Personal qualities: * Hardworking and responsible * Service-minded with good collaboration skills * Flexible and solution-oriented Applications are submitted via email to [email protected] where you attach your CV.
