About the role Aimo Park in Malmö is seeking a garage attendant who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our parking garages in the business district. As a garage attendant, you will independently ensure that the garages are in good condition and that cleaning is performed in accordance with facility specifications and the current work schedule. Other duties include machine sweeping of the garage, ensuring it is free from litter, cleaning glass surfaces, and wiping dust and other dirt from pipes, signs, and similar items. You will also have the following responsibilities: Responsible for addressing deficiencies and reporting faults when necessary. Assist parking customers and answer their questions about parking options and refer them to internal contacts for assistance as needed. Serve as a link between Aimo Park and the client. Greet customers and ensure that their parking requests in the garage can be fulfilled. This is independent work for someone who enjoys taking responsibility. The work involves extensive customer and people contact. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop within the department you will belong to, Aimo Park's technical organization. This position is a permanent full-time employment. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period. You will work during daytime hours but with varying work schedules. Evening work occurs on rare occasions. Weekend work occurs every third weekend. About you We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and who can follow instructions and schedules. You also need to be good at collaboration and be attentive. Furthermore, we see that you: Are a good representative for Aimo Park Have completed upper secondary education Preferably have at least two years of experience in a service profession Have a driver's license (Category B) Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have computer skills If you have worked with similar tasks, it is a merit but not a requirement.
