Your primary task as a Gamemaster will be to welcome them, spark their curiosity, and guide them through the adventure. About the Role As a Gamemaster, you're the face of the company and the game master who controls the experience. You're responsible for ensuring that guests have a fun and exciting time from the moment they walk through the door until they leave. Your main responsibilities: Welcome and introduce: Greet guests, explain the game rules, and set the mood. Monitor and guide: Follow the game's progress in real-time to provide clever clues and tips when players get stuck. Reset and maintain: Restore the game rooms to their original condition after each group, and perform light maintenance on our props (think glue, paint, and simple repairs). Service and administration: Handle payments, keep the premises clean and tidy, and answer questions. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is naturally social and loves to interact with people. You have an easy way of being yourself, reading a group's dynamics, and adapting your approach accordingly. It's a big bonus if you have a talent for storytelling and enjoy dramatizing to make the experience even more engaging! Our Requirements: Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English (both languages are required in daily customer contact). Strong social skills, engagement, and a positive presence.
