announces a competition for a vacant
Chief Inspector position (on policy planning matters) in the First Office, First Department, for an indefinite term
Requirements for candidates:
academic or second-level professional higher education in social sciences, preferably in law;
compl with the requirements of Part 5 of Article 5 of the Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau Law and the criteria established in the "On State Secrets" law for obtaining special authorization for access to state secrets (Part 2 of Article 9);
practical work experience in drafting and analyzing legal acts and development planning documents of not less than two years;
understanding of the corruption prevention and combating field;
excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, very good written language proficiency, expressing yourself clearly, convincingly, and with well-reasoned arguments;
knowledge of one foreign language, preferably English (foreign language knowledge is necessary for communication with international organizations and foreign institutions);
high responsibility, ability to work in high-intensity conditions, precision;
good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and other specialized programs).
Main job duties:
draft legal acts and development planning documents;
prepare opinions on legal act drafts and development planning documents prepared by other public institutions within the Bureau's competence;
analyze the activities of public institutions and legal regulations, assessing corruption risks;
represent the Bureau at inter-institutional meetings and working groups within the scope of competence.
