Chief Inspector of the Inspection and Classified Regime Service Requirements for position candidates: eligibility for positions in institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system and the Prison Administration with special service ranks as specified in Articles 4 and 7 of the Service Rules for Officials with Special Service Ranks; higher education (bachelor's degree) or Level II professional higher education in the field of legal sciences, civil and military defense, or commerce and administration; at least 6 years of service experience in the State Border Guard or another institution within the Ministry of Internal Affairs system; ability to work with computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, email and internet browsers); prior to taking office, must obtain a Category 2 (classified) special permit for access to state secret facilities. Main job duties: provide recommendations for assessing internal risks in State Border Guard operations; participate in auditor inspections; monitor and control the implementation of audit recommendations; develop and update normative acts, methodological recommendations, organizational and order documents regulating the internal control system, and participate in their development and supervise their compliance in practice; prepare opinions on draft normative acts, methodological recommendations, organizational and order documents developed by other institutions and State Border Guard structural units; participate in preparing plans for planned inspections of State Border Guard structural units; conduct unplanned inspections and participate in planned inspections; compile information on the results of planned and unplanned inspections, analyze them and provide recommendations for eliminating deficiencies; conduct service investigations and disciplinary proceedings for violations of discipline and legality by officials and employees; review submissions and complaints from legal and natural persons regarding the conduct of State Border Guard employees and potential violations. We offer: monthly salary starting from 2025 EUR to 2125 EUR before tax; additional monthly special allowance for the performance of specific functions and tasks 300 EUR; responsible and interesting work; personal development and opportunities to improve your professional knowledge; social guarantees; annual paid leave; paid healthcare services; bonus of 50% of monthly salary once per calendar year when taking annual paid leave; accidental injury benefit; compensation for the purchase of special medical optical vision correction devices (glasses lenses, contact lenses).
