Head Nurse, Department of Cardiac Surgery Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, Anesthesiology Group

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate daily nursing work in the Anesthesiology Group of the Department of Cardiac Surgery Anesthesiology and Intensive Care
• Ensure effective personnel resource planning and work distribution according to competencies and workload
• Oversee the quality, continuity, and compliance of perioperative patient care with professional standards
• Coordinate care processes in accordance with nursing practice guidelines, hospital quality requirements, and Hospital strategic objectives
• Monitor the quality of care documentation and promote process improvement
• Participate in working groups, process development, and implementation of new care methods
• Foster positive team collaboration and support staff professional development
• Actively participate in daily operational work organization and problem-solving
Requirements:
• Higher professional education in nursing
• Registration in the Healthcare Professionals Register as a nurse
• Preferred three years of professional experience in anesthesiology or intensive care
• Experience in team leadership or work organization will be considered an advantage
• Understanding of quality management, patient safety, and infection control
• Ability to organize work in a dynamic environment, make decisions, and set priorities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Accuracy, high sense of responsibility, and professional attitude
• Good digital skills and experience working with medical documentation systems
• State language proficiency as required by regulations; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to actively participate in patient care processes and perform nursing duties in accordance with competence and situation
• Ability to adhere to professional ethics principles and maintain confidentiality

• Working hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
