Here we work in teams, with the goal of comprehensively promoting the development of the best possible functional ability, activity and participation, as well as physical, mental and social well-being for each individual.
Adult Rehabilitation (VH) is a specialist resource that receives referrals from municipalities and primary care in Jämtland/Härjedalen for in-depth, multidisciplinary assessments and investigations as well as time-limited interventions. Our team works closely together and has a very good collaborative climate among the different professions. Our team consists of occupational therapist, dietitian, speech-language pathologist, physician, psychologist, physical therapist, nurse/urotherapist, social worker and team secretary. We now have a need for a physical therapist/physiotherapist with an interest in this patient group and team work.

DUTIES
As a physical therapist at Adult Rehabilitation, your work will be directed toward adults with congenital or early-acquired functional limitations. You will work in a multidisciplinary team, where together with the team you provide interventions that contribute to the individual's health, development and quality of life.
The work consists of patient contact both individually and in groups. The duties include individual assessments, follow-ups according to quality registers and time-limited interventions individually or together with other professionals in the team. Interventions can also take place in the home environment. Interventions are designed and planned based on each individual's specific needs, own goals and circumstances. In addition to direct patient contact, the work includes information and knowledge transfer to the adult, their family and network as well as general team tasks.
The duties also include general team tasks. Examples of this can be diagnosis-specific courses in groups and/or individually and lectures/presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a licensed physical therapist. You should have a few years of experience from work within Rehabilitation, knowledge of and a willingness to engage in teamwork as a working method. The work involves high demands on the ability to create structure, both for your own planning and in collaboration with the team. Great consideration will be given to personal suitability, experience and ability to collaborate.
As an applicant, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register in connection with a job offer.
Driver's license category B is required.
