Here you'll contribute to a service that makes a real difference for patients throughout the county. Physiotherapy is part of the Unit for Care Coordination Psychiatry. Patients come to the clinic via referral or self-booking through 1177 from service areas within the Psychiatry Area. The catchment area covers all of Örebro County. The work group will consist of six physiotherapists. You'll be part of a competent and warm work group where we support each other, share experiences, and develop methods together. Duties As a physiotherapist with us, you work to help people with psychiatric issues increase their understanding of the body and the connection between body and mental well-being. Through movement, body awareness, and individually adapted interventions, you contribute to increased well-being, strengthened confidence in one's own body, and better strategies for managing stress, anxiety, worry, and depression. The work is varied and consists of both individual treatments and group interventions. We work, among other things, with basic body awareness and physical training. The role also includes work at various psychiatric clinics throughout the county, which provides opportunities for collaboration, development, and broad clinical experience. This is a position for you who wants to combine independent work with team spirit, and who wants to help further develop an important countywide service within psychiatry. Qualifications We're looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience working within psychiatry is valued and highly desirable. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, work flexibly, and meet people with different needs. You have good collaboration skills, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and contribute to a positive and developmental work environment. Education in basic body awareness, mindfulness, meditation yoga, or other body-based therapy, as well as experience leading groups, is desirable. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
