Our prosthetics section is responsible for elective surgery within hip and knee joint replacement with high quality, strong patient focus, and well-functioning teamwork. Job Responsibilities As a physical therapist with us, you will have a varied and meaningful role with great opportunity to influence patients' rehabilitation and recovery. Your job responsibilities include, among other things: Work both on the ward and at the outpatient clinic. Responsible for postoperative mobilization and rehabilitation in close cooperation with nursing assistants and other team members. Conduct initial assessments and plan and conduct follow-up visits. Supervise students and contribute to knowledge development within the organization. Collaborate with colleagues and support the organization based on its needs. Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and quality within the rehabilitation area. Qualifications You are a licensed physical therapist/physiotherapist and are interested in working in hospital care, and have an interest in orthopedics. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and engaged in your work. You thrive with working in a team and have good collaboration skills. You have the ability to create trusting relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You have a professional approach and a patient-centered working method. It is meritorious if you have: Experience working in orthopedics. Experience with rehabilitation following hip and knee replacement surgery. Experience from inpatient care and/or outpatient clinic operations. Previous experience in student supervision. Interest in organizational development, quality work, and improvement work.
