Common conditions you'll encounter as a physiotherapist include: complaints and injuries throughout the musculoskeletal system, pain, neurological conditions, sports and fitness injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, you'll develop a personalized rehabilitation plan. Work is primarily conducted at the clinic and digitally, but also includes home visits when needed. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your clinic and with external partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with your manager for developing the organization through continuous improvement efforts. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is meriting, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. We're looking for someone who is attentive, has strong communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with dedication. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner according to organizational goals. As workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. A professional approach and courteous treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues is essential for you. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Subsequently, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
