Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: disorders and injuries throughout the musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed. The work is primarily conducted at the clinic and digitally, but also includes home visits when needed. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues work together with the manager on the clinic's development through continuous improvement work. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the field and primary healthcare is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated professionals. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of your work, which you perform with dedication. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner according to the clinic's goals. Since workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. The initial selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview.
