About the Assignment
We are seeking two physiotherapists for our client in Jönköping County for a consulting assignment starting September 1 and running through December 31, 2026. The position is 100% and you will work office hours Monday through Friday.
Your Work Tasks
In this role, you will work in healthcare for a municipality in Jönköping County. You will independently conduct rehabilitative and habilitative interventions within municipal healthcare. The assignment includes patients in ordinary housing, special housing, short-term activities, and other municipal operations as needed.
Further, you will:
- Assess, investigate, and treat patients based on physiotherapy expertise.
- Establish, implement, and follow up on rehabilitation plans.
- Prescribe, fit, and follow up on assistive devices in accordance with applicable regulations and local procedures.
- Conduct functional and activity assessments as well as fall risk assessments.
- Guide, instruct, and educate patients, relatives, and care staff in rehabilitative working methods.
- Implement preventive measures, such as fall prevention.
- Educate staff in transfer techniques and use of assistive devices.
- Participate in care planning and collaborate with other professionals within the municipality, region, and other healthcare providers.
- Document in the municipality's activity system in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and procedures.
- Contribute to a person-centered approach with focus on patient participation, independence, and quality of life.
- Participate in the operation's quality and development work.
Your Qualifications
- Physiotherapy degree that can be verified through degree certificate and licensure.
- At least two years of experience in healthcare work; experience within municipal operations is meritorious.
- Good ability to work independently and make your own clinical decisions.
- Experience with computer-based activity support systems, preferably Combine and Cosmic.
- Good collaboration skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- B-class driver's license and experience driving in various weather conditions.
- Good references from previous clients/employers within the competency area in question. The client will receive these references at the time of procurement.

- Experience in healthcare work within municipal operations.
