At Hässleholm Hospital, approximately 120 people work within the Rehabilitation department, distributed across 5 different teams responsible for all rehabilitation in both outpatient and inpatient care. Within our department, there are specialist clinics including pain rehabilitation, memory clinic, and rehabilitation clinic. We also have a rehabilitation medicine inpatient ward.
Within our orthopedic operations, we work in both inpatient and outpatient care. In inpatient care, we primarily mobilize, care for, and monitor patients following elective orthopedic procedures. We focus on early mobilization of all patients and participate in various research projects. In outpatient care, we meet patients at various stages of their rehabilitation, including follow-up visits after joint replacement, referral assessments, and sports medicine issues. Together, we create a dynamic workplace with breadth, variety, and strong patient focus.

WORK DUTIES
We are now welcoming a physiotherapist colleague to join us in the Orthopedic Rehabilitation department.
As a physiotherapist with us, you will primarily work with examination/assessment and follow-up of patients with orthopedic problems. The work is varied and includes work on the orthopedic and day surgery ward as well as outpatient work, mainly follow-up visits after orthopedic surgery. Outpatient work may require you to take independent responsibility for radiological investigation, for which you will be offered training within the scope of the position. Rehabilitation group activities are also part of the work. Weekend shifts occur to some extent on the orthopedic ward.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at minimum level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We would like you to have experience with clinical work and experience with postoperative rehabilitation of knee, hip, and shoulder joint replacements as well as arthroscopic procedures of the knee and shoulder. Co-assessment of patients is common, so we value your interest and experience in interprofessional team collaboration. It is an advantage if you have level 1 and 2 training in Sports Medicine or equivalent.
