We are convinced that we provide better and safer care when our employees enjoy coming to work. 1 position(s). DUTIES We are a dedicated group welcoming you to join us. Here you will have stimulating work with patient consultations, examinations, assessments, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with varying care needs. You will meet patients of different ages where you conduct assessments for both chronic and acute conditions, follow up on patient rehabilitation, lead group activities, conduct telephone assessments and work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues from other professions. Your responsibilities include health promotion and disease prevention measures, assessments and treatment of various conditions, as well as rehabilitative and function-preserving measures based on the patient's needs and circumstances. Together with the patient, you will establish a plan for continued treatment with the goal of strengthening the individual's function, activity and participation. You will work closely with other professional groups at the health center to contribute to integrated, person-centered care—you will be an important part of this. We actively work with high accessibility and a team-based approach, which provides good opportunities for collaboration and close cooperation around the patient. Patients who come to us have issues with musculoskeletal disorders, sports-related injuries, postoperative rehabilitation needs or psychosomatic conditions. We meet both people with newly developed problems and those with long-standing complaints. As a first point of contact, we receive patients who are triaged by telephone or booked through 1177. Student supervision may occur. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required. We would like you to have experience in the profession and previous primary care experience. For us, it is essential that you have an interest in working with primary care's broad patient population. Good computer skills and knowledge of the PMO medical records system are advantages.
