Welcome to Rinkeby Care and Support Residence Rinkeby Care and Support Residence opened in 2023 and consists of 10 units with 9 apartments per unit. Two of these are short-term units. The operation is being gradually expanded with care and support places for dementia and somatic care. We are now looking for a physiotherapist who wants to help continue developing safe and secure care and support in both the short-term unit and other units. You can read more about our benefits here. Your role as a physiotherapist As a physiotherapist you will work in a team in close collaboration with occupational therapists, nurses and care staff. In your role as a physiotherapist, you will be responsible both independently and together with colleagues and other professions for functional assessments, assistive device prescriptions, fall prevention, documentation, and training and guidance of care staff. You will work with both short-term care and long-term care and support. Your competence and experience We are looking for you who: Are a licensed physiotherapist Have at least 2 years of experience working in elderly care Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We would like you to have a rehabilitative approach and a strong interest in older people. We want you to be stress-tolerant, responsible and flexible. You have good teamwork skills, are service-oriented, have great commitment and enjoy working independently. We value personal qualities and your attitude that work in elderly care is an important mission rather than experience in the profession. Your application Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.
