DUTIES At the rehabilitation unit in Klippans municipality, you will have a varied, independent and meaningful job where you contribute to enabling people to live as active and independent lives as possible. We are now looking for a committed physiotherapist who wants to be part of developing future municipal rehabilitation together with us. Your Assignment As a physiotherapist within the rehabilitation unit, you work closely with patients in their everyday lives. You meet people with different needs and conditions within home care, municipal short-term placements, special residential facilities, and activities within Support and Services (LSS). The work involves conducting physiotherapeutic assessments, planning and following up on rehabilitation interventions, and contributing to strengthening the individual's functional ability and quality of life. You work independently but are also an important part of a multiprofessional team where collaboration and knowledge exchange are in focus. Together with, among others, nurses, district nurses, support administrators and unit managers, you create the best conditions for the municipality's residents. The role also includes: Guiding, instructing and training care staff. Providing support and information to relatives and family members. Contributing to operational development and quality work. Supervising physiotherapy students during their work-based education. Who Are You? Class B driving license. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Experience in the field is a merit. We work in the medical record system Lifecare HSL.
