You are stimulated by working with and learning from several different units and working together with different colleagues. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with various diagnoses and assignments and can quickly switch between them as needed. You can prioritize and adapt to the operation's needs for the day and enjoy being part of the care chain with the patient as co-creator. You adapt and are comfortable with the fact that the day can change with short notice and that you don't always know what tomorrow will look like. Other important qualities are flexibility, adaptability, responsiveness, empathetic ability, and the ability to embrace today's challenges and prioritize among interventions and tasks. In communication, you are perceived as clear and smooth both verbally and in writing. Great importance will be placed on you being perceived as the right person for the group and for the assignment.
