We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team in Hagfors! Your Workplace At the Hagfors physiotherapy clinic, we provide primary care rehabilitation including patient education and training in our exercise facility. In addition to physiotherapists and occupational therapists, we have a care administrator employed at our Hagfors location. The Hagfors physiotherapy clinic is part of Northern Primary Care Rehabilitation, which also includes physiotherapy clinics in Munkfors, Sunne, Torsby, and Likenäs, as well as occupational therapy clinics in Hagfors, Munkfors, and Sunne. Currently, we have approximately 10 physiotherapists/physical therapists, three occupational therapists, one care administrator, and one rehabilitation assistant in the north. We work to ensure the best outcomes for patients across the entire unit and are flexible in supporting clinics where needed. Work at clinics other than your assigned location may therefore be relevant. Travel takes place during working hours and in a company car. Hagfors is located in Värmland and offers fantastic nature with proximity to both forests and water. Your Responsibilities As a physiotherapist with us, you work to help our patients achieve or maintain the best possible functional capacity, greater independence, and good health. You meet patients with varied needs for assessment, advice, and treatment. We provide standard primary care where teamwork and collaboration with other actors are important. In addition to patient care, you are also an important part of our continuous improvement work. You will be given the opportunity to influence your orientation and offered a mentor if you wish. Leadership is based on developmental and trust-based leadership so that both you as an individual and the organization develop in the best way possible. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist. Experience in primary care is advantageous but not required, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Since travel may be required as part of the role, you need to have a Class B driver's license. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while being flexible and able to adapt to changed circumstances. You have a good ability to create and maintain relationships, which contributes to good cooperation and a positive work environment.
