Job Responsibilities • Assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in the patient's home • Development and follow-up of training and rehabilitation interventions • Prescription and follow-up of assistive devices • Guidance and instruction to care staff and relatives • Documentation in accordance with applicable regulations • Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and participation in care planning You work daytime, Monday through Friday, which provides a good balance between work and leisure. Experience Previous experience in municipal health and care or home healthcare is an asset, but not required – personal suitability is most important. Good language skills in speech and writing are required. A driver's license is required.
