We are a wonderful group of physiotherapists and occupational therapists that belong to the Health and Care Unit within elderly care, in-house operations. As a physiotherapist, you work in a team with an occupational therapist at our elderly care facilities. Since one of our employees has taken another position within Huddinge Municipality, we are now seeking a physiotherapist for Västergårdens elderly care facility in central Huddinge. About the work The work involves responsibility for assessment, evaluation, rehabilitation, and transfer assistance for people living in special housing for the elderly. We work with everyday rehabilitation by utilizing the individual's own resources. You will work closely with an occupational therapist, nurses, and care staff at the elderly care facility, where teamwork is important. You also have an important role in training and mentoring care staff and students in rehabilitative and health-promoting working methods. About you We are seeking someone who is trained and licensed as a physiotherapist with a strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. We would appreciate it if you have several years of experience working within elderly care. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities such as flexibility and teamwork ability, as the physiotherapist collaborates with many.
