Your Role as a Physiotherapist As a physiotherapist in home care in Kungsbacka, you work to strengthen individuals' independence and quality of life at home. You meet people in different life situations and contribute to security, continuity, and a functioning daily life. The work is independent and varied, while you are also part of close teamwork with occupational therapists, nurses, and other professionals. Your main responsibilities include: Assessment of functional ability and daily needs Planning, conducting, and following up on individual training interventions after illness and injury Guidance of care personnel Prescription of assistive devices and adaptation of the home environment Collaboration in an interprofessional team to create safe and cohesive care In your role as a patient-responsible physiotherapist, you are responsible for standard physiotherapy interventions within home care. You are responsible for patients in a geographical area who live both in ordinary housing and in our care and residential facilities. You work closely with the occupational therapist on the team where you jointly drive rehabilitation forward. The role also involves actively contributing to the team's development and a way of working characterized by collaboration and learning. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and professional conduct in all situations. You are responsive to individuals' needs and show care and respect in your work.
