About our facilities Villa Havsglimt has 60 beds with a focus on elderly care somatic and special services. The facility is located close to the sea with views towards Hallandsåsen. Villa Hertig Knut has 54 beds and is located in central Halmstad, and Villa Soldalen is located in the Eketånga area - both facilities focusing on elderly care. About the role As a physiotherapist, you work in a team together with an occupational therapist, nurses, and care personnel. Together, your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. In your role as a physiotherapist, you find together with the residents the best ways to use their own abilities in everyday life. You support and motivate people to develop and maintain their mobility on their own. This often means that you: examine/assess/treat the residents' movement problems and functional limitations test and prescribe medical aids work preventatively by educating other staff members about transfer techniques to avoid strain injuries.
