As a physical therapist with us, you will have independent and varied work where you plan your workday, but always have colleagues nearby for consultation and collaboration. You perform assessments, treatments, and evaluations based on the patient's person-centered goals, mentor support staff, and delegate rehabilitation interventions. You prescribe, trial, and follow up on medical devices and work to strengthen the patient's independence and quality of life. Our team includes several physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurses who work with the same residential facilities and activities as you. About you We are looking for a licensed physical therapist. It is an advantage if you have experience working with patients with functional disabilities. Your role includes documentation in various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to be able to adapt communication and information according to the situation and patient's needs. Since we work over a large geographic area, a Class B driver's license and driving experience are required. Since the work as a physical therapist with us is independent, you have the ability to make decisions within the scope of your assignment or consult with your colleagues to move forward.
